With Apple expected to release their iOS 5 in a week or two and the new iPhone(s) at the Apple Launch Event, alot more rumors and leaks will roll out in this passage of time. MacRumors posted some screenshots of iOS 5 showing Facebook integration recently.
iOS 5 already had Twitter integration and Facebook was what people were looking for, next. As you can see the above screenshot shows facebook integrated into the iOS which is reportedly the iOS 5 and this is the official facebook integration in iOS 5.

Apple has provided Twitter integration in iOS 5 and included a framework to allow the company to extend it to account integrations. So, Facebook integration as a system-level feature would not be a stretch. These screens closely resemble those of Twitter's integration and are likely just mock-ups ("addresses" is spelled wrong)
