- Mose Cassaro [Admin] : Mose is the founder of iHelp and runs the blog as well as the iHelp Youtube channel and iHelp in-person tech related services from Bayside, New York. Mose started writing tech blogs for Ultrasn0w at the age of 13 after having co-founded it with Eli from Tel Aviv, Israel in 2009. After surpassing 100k monthly viewers and creating a 4 figure monthly source of revenue via AdSense, Ultrasn0w was hacked. While Eli decided to pursue arts instead, Mose started iHelp in 2011.

- Chris Lombardi (MCL) : Lombardi is a 31 year old hip-hop artist. A part of the hit squad w/ Parish Smith (PMD), Sean Strange, citizen Kane Crookz Green, & Goondox. He has been writing his whole life and is a tech enthusiast. Owner of various Apple Devices, Chris is not only in love with them but also wants to keep on discovering about new stuff related to the devices and fuel his 'Apple obsession' by spending his time writing about them.
