Brazil Launches First IPHONE Powered By Android

IGB Electronics SA will be releasing a series of Android powered smartphones under the brand name, IPHONE, a trademark they applied for back in 2000, in Brazil.

As MacRumor States:
Apple will either file a lawsuit, or perhaps more likely, begin negotiations for a settlement deal. Brazil is an important country for Apple. The company has begun hiring for new Apple Stores in the country, which would be its first locations in South America and Apple and Foxconn have begun iPad and iPhone production there.
The IPHONE is available in two colors, Black (The one in the image above) & White.
We would like to remind your guys that Apple faced a similar situation in China over the iPad Moniker. Apple didn't released its tablet in China until that dispute was settled over a $60 deal!

What do you guys think? iPhone or IPHONE?
