I've always found the live wallpapers on Android devices pretty attractive so I thought I'd find something similar for the iOS device and I came across Go Desk. Go Desk Cydia tweak basically brings live/moving/animated wallpapers to your iOS device, very similar to whats on Android devices.
Head over to Cydia and search for Go Desk, its available under Big Boss repo for free! After installing, an icon will appear on your homescreen. A panoramic wallpaper is applied by default even before you launch the tweak. Only one animated wallpaper is available for Go Desk at the moment, you can use it on the background of the Springboard after the live wallpaper gets applied automatically. You can also change the wallpaper by launching the tweak and tapping the first option to select on from the camera roll.
The live wallpaper takes over the screen below the search area, and there are no icons on the home screen. An animated frog sits on a left, and tapping it once makes it jump from leaf to leaf.
