Finally the long awaited Youtube iOS app got updated today following Gmail app update for the iOS earlier today! The Youtube app was released back in 2007 and never witnessed any update until today.
The update adds many great features including iPad support which means you now can stream Youtube videos via your very own iPad with just one update!

iPhone 5 has been out for a while now and many apps still need to be updated for iPhone 5's larger display. The Youtube developers kept that in mind thus the updated app adds iPhone 5 support taking full advantage of the larger retina display. Lastly, the update also adds AirPlay feature.
Updated apps compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. Requires iOS 5.0 or later.
